Pharmacist
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications and providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and completeness.
Provide counseling and education to patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and precautions.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate medication therapy plans for patients.
Conduct medication therapy reviews and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements.
Monitor and manage medication inventory, ensuring adequate supply and proper storage.
Stay updated on current pharmaceutical developments, drug interactions, and new medications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards.

Adhere to ethical and professional standards in the practice of pharmacy.
Requirements:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state pharmacy license and in good standing with the pharmacy board.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medications, and their usage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
